These terms are between you and BishBash (“we”, “us”), who provides Sands of Time: Game Timer (“the app”).

Agreement. By using the app or this website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.
What the app is. Sands of Time is a casual timer for games and similar activities. It isn’t designed for situations where exact timing matters for safety, money, medical, sporting or official purposes, and we don’t guarantee it will always be perfectly accurate. Phones can sleep, run out of battery or be interrupted.
Premium. The timer and the sand style are free. Premium is a one-off in-app purchase that unlocks extra styles and game extras. It’s billed by Google Play, tied to your Google account, follows Google Play’s refund rules, and can be restored on another phone with “Restore purchase”. Prices may change for future buyers; this never affects a purchase you’ve already made.
Fair use. Don’t try to interfere with the app, get around the purchase, or copy, resell or redistribute it.
Availability. We try to keep the app working well, but don’t promise it will always be available or error-free. Features may change over time.
No warranty. The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t lawfully be limited, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes. We may update these terms and will change the date at the top. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you may also have the protection of your local consumer laws and can bring claims in your local courts.
